Membership in the Newspaper Target Marketing Coalition, Inc. is open to daily newspapers with a paid circulation of 200,000 or greater and/or a paid + TMC combination circulation of 500,000 or greater. Provisional membership is open to any daily newspaper that is building towards meeting the stated membership qualifications. Their programs must be in place and operational on a weekly basis within one year of membership application.
